The Tornado Bagel on the high street is an excellent place to stop and refuel. The Pastrami Bagel and espresso were excellent, and the two ladies were delightful.

Beautiful gravel section that hugs the coastline, with views out to the North Sea and of the Firth of Forth. Take a break at one of the secluded beaches!

Great wee coastal village. Get some food and drink or take your own and relax here.

Keep your wits about you as a lot of people do stray onto the the cycling section of the pathway, it's not a racetrack despite the attitude of some cyclists. There are great views to be had to the East & West. But this can depend on what remedial work is being done at the time and which pathway is open.
