Hike suitable in dry weather even in late autumn

A mountain pasture that is hardly known - even to the locals... Snacks and Kaiserschmarren are really recommended! The landlord is up until the end of September this year! PS: A note was made: Our driveway led up from Kreuzen through the Foscari forest estate. I know from reports that the Förster don't like having bikers in the forest. Hence: Either ascent on Sundays/holidays after 9:30 a.m., then the hunters are already at home or drunk after being shot, or via the village of Gassen in the Stockenboier Graben. No one has ever stopped me or approached me obliquely...

bear territory! Certainly exciting for children because there are lots of metal animals to be found. According to the local resident, the Alm is only open at weekends. I couldn't go further with the dog because the cows blocked the path and the forest is too dense to walk around. The ground in the gorge is unfavorable for sensitive paws. But we did it because it was at least a cool walk during heat waves. Parking is available for a handful of cars

The nice dairy farmers hadn't seen that before either, that a model car drives to Alm on its own axis :-) It was exhausting and drained the batteries, but a highlight of my holiday!
