Beautifully developed cycle and footbridge over the proud Oder. Good entry into the Oderbruch or into the Polish hinterland via the new railway embankment cycle path 😍

Near the marina, there are numerous cafes and pubs. Picturesque views of the Oder River and the Polish side. We also pass the pillars of an old bridge, demolished during World War II.

The chapel belongs to the Holy Spirit Hospital, founded around 1336, which was located directly outside Angermünde's former city walls and was completely destroyed during the Thirty Years' War. In 1698, the chapel was transferred to the French Reformed congregation of Angermünde, subsequently repaired, and a half-timbered tower was added. This was rebuilt in 1775.
