The building in which the hotel is currently located has almost 700 years of history. From the 13th to the 19th century, there were various versions of a mill on the Płonia River. The first name was Geerhald Muhlle after the owner's surname, then, from the time of the Swedish invasion until the end of the 19th century - Crown Mill (Kronmuhle). At the end of the 19th century, a hydroelectric power plant was built in place of the mill and operated until the war. After the war, in 1948, the power plant equipment was demolished and the building fell into ruin until 2001, when, after several years of renovation, a hotel was opened here.

The Szczecin Dąbie railway station is the largest station in the right-bank part of Szczecin. It was established in 1846, during the construction of the Szczecin Główny - Stargard Szczeciński railway line. In the station building there are ticket offices where you can pay by card, a kiosk, a bar and toilets. There are three platforms from which passenger trains depart. A footbridge was built over the tracks. All trains that pass through stop at the station, except express trains heading towards Świnoujście. The station is undergoing major renovation. It is also one of the SKM stations. Szczecin Metropolitan Railway - An ongoing project of a fast urban railway system, connecting the Prawobrzeże housing estates in Szczecin with the center of Szczecin and Police, Goleniów, Stargard and Gryfine, which would use the existing system of railway tracks and stations

Asphalt bicycle road through the forest, following the traces of the former railway line to Kołbacz. Unfortunately, it stops in the middle of the forest. Next you have to go on gravel roads and dirt roads.

The mentions of the church in the city of Dąbie come from the beginning of the 14th century. Originally it was a wooden village church, later, due to the development of the city, a brick and stone three-nave Gothic hall temple with a tower and a presbytery were built. In the 17th century, the towers were equipped with a very high cupola. In 1863 the helmet was struck by lightning, causing a fire that consumed a large part of the building's structure. In the years 1864-1866, the temple was rebuilt according to a neo-Gothic design by architect Karl Brecht. Some of the medieval walls of the church have been preserved, but the upper parts of the building, as well as the chancel, chapels, pillars and the vault were built from scratch. In 1945 the church was damaged - among others, top of the tower and stained glass windows. After the war, cleaning works were carried out, damaged polychromes and sculptural motifs on the arcades were restored. Most of the church's furnishings come from the 19th and 20th centuries, and an old wooden crucifix from the 18th century has also been preserved.

The first mill on the Płonia River was a mill named after its owner "Geerhald Muhlle", which was built in the first half of the 13th century. During the reign of the Swedes, the mill was called "Kronmuhle" (Crown Mill), the name survived until the end of the 19th century. In 1894, the mill and the entire area were demolished and a municipal power plant was built in its place. In 1928, the power plant was partially demolished and new power plant buildings were built there and three Francis turbines with a total capacity of 120kWh were installed. The power plant buildings were partially demolished during the war, and after a temporary repair, the power plant was put into operation. In 1948, by the decision of the then authorities, the turbines and elements of the water weir were dismantled, and the building was practically a vacant building serving as a warehouse for power plants. In the following years, as a result of devastation, part of the building collapsed into the Płonia River, and in the following years the building was stripped of its roof, and the power plant area was treated as a landfill. In 2001 a private hotel was opened.
