The Černý Orel Brewery is located on Velký náměstí in a historic house from the 16th century. The Černý orel complex also includes a restaurant, a hotel, a guesthouse, a wellness facility and a chocolate factory. At "orla" they mainly brew PILS type beers, i.e. bottom-fermented lagers. They use only barley and wheat malts, granulated Žatec hops, an open spilka for main fermentation and maturation in a cooled lager cellar. They do not use any accelerators, filtration, beet sugar or extracts. Beer is brewed here only for the own restaurant, pub and bar, not for further distribution. Those interested can take advantage of the possibility of excursions in the brewery, ideally in groups of 6 to 12 people. They will receive detailed information and a price list at the reception.

Hotel Bouček can be found right on the Great Square in the historic center of Kroměříž. It continues the tradition of the pre-war period, the popular Hotel Simon.
