The Heideseen have a total water surface area of currently around 40 hectares. As the lakes also serve as a drinking water catchment area, water level fluctuations are to be expected. The water depth ranges between six and 15 meters. Around the Heideseen, the shore drops off steeply for the most part. Only in the area of the southern shore of Heidesee III, in the area of Kalvarienberg, is there an extensive shallow water zone. The former community lake is heavily overgrown with weeds in summer. On the eastern shore of the community lake, there is a large spawning and protected area (it is signposted).

From now on, it's: Alpine hut and alpine inn at one location in Bad Laer near Osnabrück! Something is always going on here at the Flötzinger Alm! Sometimes you can relax and enjoy your time with us during the day, other times you can dance to Bavarian folk music, or a DJ will provide the best atmosphere like on May 1st or our popular Schlager ALM Party. Whether you want to celebrate, dance, or simply spend a cozy evening with friends – you've come to the right place. Quelle: https://floetzinger-alm.de/
