The vintage fountain in Gingen an der Fils is located at the railway underpass between the paths to the young cattle pasture and the (former) singer's home. The underpass was built in the 1980s – at that time, the retaining walls were also created, in which the local spring was captured and finally incorporated as a fountain. This was done by members of the local vintage 1936/37; that is why the fountain received its current name in 2007.

Super beautiful when the blue gentian blooms. Definitely good profile for the paths in the forest and not in the rain

The historic workers' settlement in Kuchen was commissioned by the factory owner Arnold Staub and built between 1858 and 1887. It is one of the most interesting settlements of its kind in Central Europe. https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Historische_Arbeitersiedlung_Kuchen Further background information can be found here: https://www.kuchen.de/media/files/hp-kw-18-arbeiterspiedlung-flyer.pdf

The small house likely dates back to the 1880s and is located in the SBI Park in Kuchen. It is part of the town's historic workers' settlement. Based on its unique design, the building was probably built as a private chapel for the cotton industrialist Arnold Staub, but it was soon used as a garden pavilion for the estate's villa. Following extensive renovations of the settlement and its surroundings, completed in 2015, the small house now serves as a beautiful and popular wedding venue. https://www.kuchen.de/media/files/hp-kw-18-arbeiterspiedlung-flyer.pdf

Beautiful view of a plain where the water flows the wrong way, i.e. into the Alb (towards the upper Fils).
