This is an estate of workers' housing built in stages between 1873-1875. The main core consists of 18 residential buildings, arranged in 3 rows of 6 houses each, along with utility buildings. The main avenue of the estate is closed by the building of the former school and the former company store (the so-called Konsumy). The building of the former fire station adjoins the estate from the west. The workers' estate is complemented by a group of residential buildings on Fabryczna Street and Przędzalniana Street. The entire complex is characterized by an unchanged, regular urban and communication layout with partially preserved cobblestone pavements. In the majority of the buildings, the external form has been preserved in its nineteenth-century guise. In most cases, the layout of the rooms in the workers' apartments has also remained unchanged.
