A Tyrolean-style villa built for Friedrich Dierig, son of Christian Dierig. Before 1945, its last owner was lawyer Hans Christian Dierig. In 1989, a restaurant opened in the building, which closed after a few years. The property has been listed as a historical monument. A bus terminus and convenient parking are located near the manor house.
