The chapel was founded by the Jaźwiński family. According to oral tradition, the document confirming its construction was hidden in a bottle placed in the pedestal. The pedestal is made of field stones. A recess in the front contains a statue of the Virgin Mary. The pedestal has a small roof. After renovation, the antlers that once were embedded in the chapel were removed.

The Tyśmienica Valley viewpoint was created in 2015 in the town of Niewęgłosz, on the edge of the NATURA 2000 area. It is the only place of this type in the Radzyń County, offering excellent conditions for bird watching and admiring the picturesque landscape of the Tyśmienica Valley. The main attraction is a wooden observation tower with a platform at a height of 4 meters and a tourist shelter with a place to rest.
