It's private property, but the information board looks like it's in a national park. The owner hung a piggy bank on it. The spring and its surroundings are very pretty, but we only saw it from a distance because it was at the other end of the yard.

The Norbertine monastery in Imbramowice was founded around 1226 by Bishop Iwon Odrowąż and rebuilt many times, including after Tatar destruction and fires. The current Baroque appearance of the complex comes from the reconstruction in the years 1711–1740, which was led by famous Krakow artists. The church houses valuable works of art, including paintings by William the Italian, historic altars and a Rococo belfry. The monastery also contains unique works, such as a 13th-century antiphonary, works by Brueghel and a historic clock and monstrance.

A medieval defensive fortress built in the mid-14th century by the knightly Zaklik family from Janowiec with the Syrokomla coat of arms, who also owned the Kluczwoda Castle. Over the centuries, the fortress was managed by various owners who rebuilt it in accordance with the trends of subsequent eras. Since the 19th century, the castle was surrounded by an English-style park and ponds. The entire complex was bought by the architect Jerzy Donimirski in 1997, renovated and converted into an exclusive hotel with multifunctional rooms. The reconstruction was possible, among other things: thanks to existing old photographs. Rooms can be rented in the castle, balls, knightly performances and meetings are organized here. In summer, cultural and artistic meetings are held outdoors.

This castle is not always open. During events it is of course closed to visitors. I was lucky! When the large gate is open, you can go to the ticket office on the left in the castle courtyard and buy an entrance ticket for 20 zł (as of May 2024). Several rooms are open for viewing and there is a beautiful view from the tower.
