In the village of Łężany, located in the Miejsce Piastowe commune, on Jana Pawła II Street, almost on the border with Krosno, near house number 216, lies a former epidemic cemetery, most likely established in the first half of the 19th century for cholera victims from Łężany, Widacz, Zalesie, and Targowiska. This site was carefully renovated in 2020. A signpost was placed along the main road, making it easy to find. I highly recommend stopping here for a moment and reflecting on the transience of our existence. A neo-Gothic granary made of stone and brick from the first half of the 19th century, stands near the crossroads in the village of Zmiananica. In the past, it was part of the manor buildings, which unfortunately have not survived to this day. Source: http://www.polskaniezwykla.pl/web/place/1470,zmiennica-spichlerz-neogotycki.html

History of the Manor in Targowiska The historic building dates back to the 19th century and is located in an over 4-hectare park with several dozen monumental trees (oaks, lindens, ashes and beeches), some of which are over 300 years old. The manor was built on the basis of massive cellars, most likely part of a 17th-century defensive structure, built on a slope and surrounded by ponds. Baroque collegiate church of The Church of the Lord's Transfiguration was built in the years 1676-1686 from the foundation of Bishop Stanisław Sarnowski and is the most valuable monument of the city. It has a two-tower façade (the towers were added in 1718-24) and two pairs of Baroque side chapels on both sides of the main body, erected in 1756 from the foundation of Bishop Wacław Hieronim Sierakowski. In the rich interior, it is worth seeing the magnificent main altar, and in it - a painting with the scene of the Crucifixion. In the chapel there is a miraculous image of Our Lady of Fire - the only image of Mary with such a nickname in Poland. The church belfry dates from 1745 and was renovated in 1902-05.
