The pedestrian and bicycle footbridge over the San in Przemyśl is a structure suspended on 24 steel cables, weighing about 175 tons. It is an attractive point on the bicycle route, offering spectacular views of the river and the city panorama. Right next to it, on the southern bank of the San, is the Green Velo Cyclist Service Area (MOR), where you can rest and use the infrastructure for cyclists (a shelter, benches, bicycle racks).

The fort was completed in 1914, after the outbreak of World War I, on the basis of an earlier fortification. It was built on a pentagonal plan, with barracks in the neck section on the left side of the axis, and an ammunition depot on the right. Infantry positions were placed around the entire perimeter of the rampart, secured by a stone breastwork.

Fort XI "Duńkowiczki" was built in the years 1884-1886 and was almost identical to Fort X "Orzechowce". Later modernization included adding gun ports on the wings of the barracks, where newer types of guns were placed. The armoured batteries were fitted with retractable armoured turrets, while the caponiers were not rebuilt.

Beautiful and very relaxed market square, great town hall

A very charming place. Many cafes and restaurants. On the market square there is an outline of the town hall that once existed here.

A very nice, sloping market square in Przemyśl. In the center of the square there was formerly a Renaissance town hall from the 16th century, but it was demolished in 1812. Today, the shape of the former town hall is easily recognizable by the grassy outline incorporated into the cobbled surface. Another element of the square is a fountain with a bear and three little bears. It has been there since the 1960s.
