The Dutch windmill in Tczew is an interesting technical monument from the 19th century. Its wooden structure on an octagonal plan and rarely seen five wings attract attention. Although the exact date of construction is not certain, it is known that the windmill was reconstructed in 1950. It is currently in private hands and serves as a scout camp.

The school building was built in 1891. as a girls' school, under the name Kaiserin Auguste Viktoria Schule. In the interwar period, there was a State Girls' Junior High School and a Humanities Secondary School here. After the last war, a construction technical school and a basic construction school were established here, but they were closed after a fire in the building. The reconstruction was completed in 1995 and the Adult Education Center was located here. The CED complex included the Center for Continuing Education and the Teacher Training Center. By decision of the City Council of August 31, 2012. CED was liquidated. (https://fotopolska.eu/87631,obiekt.html?map_z=18)

The windmill comes from the 19th century and is of the Dutch type. The probable year of creation is 1806. A rare model - its head has a five-pointed wing. On January 18, 1960, the windmill was entered into the register of monuments. It was in this windmill that the Trojak family, Jan and Teodozja, lived. One of their children is Piotr Trojak - the murderer of two boys. On September 2, 2002, he murdered Marcin Skotark in Lisewo Malborski and on September 30, 2005, he killed Sebastian Talarek in Łęgów. In 2007, he was sentenced to life imprisonment. After the verdict, Piotr's father hanged himself in the windmill. This is not the end of the tragedies associated with the facility. Two homeless people also burned to death under the windmill. (https://fotopolska.eu/57885,obiekt.html?map_z=15)
