From a tourist point of view, the dam is three kilometers of a straight as an arrow, smooth, asphalt path running along the crown of the entire structure. It is precisely thanks to this smooth asphalt and the nice views that it has become a place of recreation for many residents of Zabrze, Goczałkowice, Pszczyna, and even more distant towns in the Pszczyna and Bielsko districts. Runners and inline skaters dominate here, there are many walkers, but there is no shortage of cyclists either. The lake itself, although artificially created in the 1950s, resembles a natural lake, so the views from the dam are nice.

One of my favorite towns in Silesia, an extremely picturesque palace with a park and a beautiful market square.

A 10-hectare breeding facility located within the historic park. The facility houses European bison along with other wildlife including red deer, fallow deer, roe deer, mouflon, and various bird species such as mallards, ruddy shelducks, Canada geese, and peacocks. Visitors can explore exhibitions about the local fauna and flora of the Pszczyna region.

A great place to visit while in Pszczyna (I also recommend buying a ticket to visit the open-air museum of the Pszczyna village)

It's worth visiting around 2 p.m., as that's when the bison are fed.
