The water tower is a utility structure built on a hill overlooking the city, hence visible from afar. Designed in 1905, it is 41 meters high. The red brick structure of the tower is a building, under the top of which a 150 m³ water tank was installed, supplying the municipal water supply network. It was put into operation in 1906. The first renovation and modernization works were carried out a decade later. Since then, it has fulfilled its utility tasks without a hitch for decades. Renovation works, which gave the water tower its current splendor, were carried out in 1993-1994. The tower part was reconstructed and the lantern with the spire was recreated. (trzemeszno.pl)

A neo-Gothic manor house, dating from 1870-1880. According to Marcin Libicki, the manor house represents architecture inspired by fairy tales. An eclectic building, with dominant neo-Gothic forms, a fragmented body, with numerous annexes, including a dominant tower on the left flank. It was the seat of a local farm. The building underwent a thorough renovation in 1979-1983 (PGR Kołaczkowo). /Wikipedia/

A very elegant water tower. It's possible to get closer if you aren't busy zooming down (or up!) the hill next to it.
