Manor house/administrative residence, probably from the 4th quarter of the 19th century. The administrative residence was most likely built in the 4th quarter of the 19th century, when it was owned by Count Józef Mielżyński. Successive administrators of the Wiktorowo manor lived there. The last pre-war administrator of the manor was Mr. Kuśmierek. In addition to the administrator's apartment, the attic housed a servants' apartment, consisting of a room and kitchen, and on the ground floor, to the left of the main hall, was likely the manor's office. The building, with its side elevations aligned north-south, slightly inclined east-west, faces east toward the courtyard. The manor house was built on a rectangular plan, with a basement, a single-story structure, a partially residential attic, and a steeply pitched gable roof with a projection in the eastern roof slope, covered by a separate gable roof. A manor house from the second quarter of the 19th century, rebuilt around 1920. In 1841, Wierzyce belonged to Libiszewski, who built the manor house at that time. Subsequent owners of the estate were: Andrzej Dębicki (from 1907), Leon Koralewski (from 1911), Ludwik Świgoń (from 1913), and Hugo Kelm (from 1917 to 1945). Hugo Kelm carried out a thorough renovation of the manor house – he raised the roof, added balconies supported by columns to the south, installed a kitchen on the eastern ground floor, and a spacious dining room to the west. The building was designed on a slightly elongated rectangular plan on an east-west axis, with clearly marked stairs leading to the elevated ground floor. A single-story manor house with a residential attic and basements at ground level, covered with a gable roof, extensive external stairs, and balconies on the ground floor and attic supported by two columns. A manor house from the turn of the 20th century. The Chwałkówko estate was probably built in the second half of the 19th century. Initially, it was likely a farmstead belonging to the dominion estate in Fałkówko, located 2 km northeast of Chwałkówko, where a post office, telegraph office, and railway station were located. At the beginning of the 20th century, Chwałkówko became Polish property. In 1909, Tadeusz Prabucki owned it, and in the 1920s, Chwałkówko passed into the hands of Edward Pilarski. The manor house, built on a rectangular plan, is single-story with a residential attic and covered with a gable roof. Originally, it included a single-story annex on the northeastern side, a basement, and a gable roof with a slightly sloped roof. The manor's structure is embellished with a pseudo-risalit, topped by a gabled porch and preceded by a glazed porch. (zabytek.gov.pl, white page of the manor-park-farm complex)
