A classicist palace from the early 19th century, built for the Stablewski family (Marcin Libicki claims it was for Tadeusz Grabski). From 1920 to 1925, Władysław Reymont lived and worked in the palace. During this period, many of Reymont's friends from the worlds of science, politics, and culture visited the Kołoczków manor, including Adam Grzymała-Siedlecki, Kornel Makuszyński, Zenon Przesmycki, Roman Dmowski, Władysław Grabski, Maciej Rataj, and Wincenty Witos. It is likely that he also wrote the stories "Osądzona," "Księżniczka," "Bunt," and "Legenda." After 1945, the interiors were remodeled. It was built in a rectangular shape. An Ionic-style portico supported by eight columns stands on the front elevation. Furniture used by the writer has survived. Adjacent to the palace is a park, featuring a Classicist outbuilding from the first half of the 19th century and outbuildings. Currently, the palace houses the Municipal Cultural Centre. The observation tower in Wolica Kozia is a 15-meter-tall wooden structure located in the western part of the Żerków-Czeszewski Landscape Park, near the Dębno nad Wartą nature reserve. The observation deck, accessed by approximately 80 steps, offers panoramic views of the Warta River floodplains and oxbow lakes, as well as the surrounding forests and fields. The structure sits on a hill amidst a pine forest and is easily accessible thanks to nearby hiking and cycling trails, as well as the Warta Way of St. James. Although it requires a short bike ride, it's truly worth it.

The Dębno nad Wartą Nature Reserve is a small, 21-hectare protected area within the Żerków-Czeszewski Landscape Park. Established in 1974, it protected rare invertebrate species, including the snail Ruthenica filograna and the mauve. The reserve is a moist riparian forest, periodically flooded in spring, dotted with oaks, ash, alder, and elm. This peaceful spot is ideal for nature observation and makes an interesting stop on a cycling route along the Warta River.

The classicist Gorzeński Palace in Śmiełów is now home to the Adam Mickiewicz Museum – a unique place on the map of Wielkopolska, especially for lovers of literature and history. It was here that Mickiewicz stayed in 1831, trying to get through to the November Uprising. The interior of the palace conceals numerous Masonic elements, and the museum exhibition is devoted to the life and work of the bard, with separate rooms for "Pan Tadeusz" and "Dziady". The park surrounding the residence with Zosia's Garden and the Mickiewicz bench is also worth visiting.

An atmospheric place with several attractions in one place: Marina on the Warta, mosaic stairs, the building of the former liquid fuel storage of the motor power plant. There are several benches where you can rest and enjoy the view of the river and the surrounding area.
