The paved road through the woods that descends to Mundão is very beautiful, starting behind/to the side of the airfield, where there's an arrow indicating the landing direction. It should be a nice alternative to going up to Santa Luzia. There are a lot of rocks, at least at the beginning... it's marked as a mountain bike route, but I was alone and on a small bike (oops!). Plus, I'm not very experienced with technical sections... so for now I've turned back and gone up the road. But... if anyone does it, please mark it as doable (and don't lie 😅). Who knows, this summer I'll try again with a serious bike 🚲 🙃 Obviously, you can always go up by foot 👣😅. Anyway, a walking trail called PR6-VIZ Rota do Quartzo starts in Santa Luzia. For more information, you can see my tour here, and in the comments you'll find details and the official website 😉👇🏻 https://www.komoot.it/tour/1949203612?ref=aso

The route is suggestive because it is decagonal and can be an alternative to the "usual routes" 🙃😉

Beautiful rural road that passes through the Anta do Fojo, a very interesting place that in my opinion is worth a visit even if it initially appears hidden by vegetation. More information here👇🏻 https://www.vaiver.com/viseu/couto-de-cima-anta-1-da-lameira-do-fojo/
