Access and parking for the Schuylkill River Trail. There are shelters and benches on the site as well, so it is a great place to stop for a break while biking the path. The park is on the banks of the Schuylkill River, so it also gives great views of the river and has a wonderful pedestrian bridge over the river.

The valve house was built in the 1880s and used to control the flow of water from the reservoir, created from the damming of Antietam Creek. Now the valve house sits in disrepair, with plants and trees growing out of the bricks. There is no public access to the valve house, but you can see it as you ride along Angora Road.
