A very nicely laid out golf course. Not very wide but rather elongated. The club house is open to "everyone". From the golf course, you constantly have a great view of the silhouette of the Swabian Jura.

Very beautiful lake. A bench would be suitable under the weeping willow. A mini-biotope is located between the lake and the hiking trail.

In total, there were six mills (including grain, oil, and sawmills) in the lower Wiesaz valley. The property "Pulvermühle" is today a stud farm, all others no longer exist.

... The suspensions, featuring elegant fork-bolt connections and round steel bars (72 mm diameter, S460N), are attached to the deck girder via tapered cantilevers at approximately the quarter points on the outer side. To statically balance these two outer suspension points, the central support is deliberately positioned at the inner edge of the 150 cm wide and 65 cm high bridge deck. The superstructure is constructed of C45/55 concrete to absorb torsional moments and minimize twisting. The entire bridge forms an elongated, almost quarter-circle arc in plan view, resulting not only from its use and the available space, but also from changes in length due to temperature fluctuations and shrinkage. Tapered ends at the abutments and the integral, jointless construction result in an economical and robust structure with high sustainability. Pedestrian and Cycle Bridge Tübingen Tübingen-Nehren, 2010 The expansion of the B27 south of Tübingen into a four-lane highway has been one of the most important road construction projects in the state of Baden-Württemberg for decades, as it is a two-lane bottleneck between Dußlingen and Bodelshausen. The first section was completed in 2014 with the tunnel through Dußlingen and the further expansion to approximately the level of the village of Nehren. As part of this project, it was necessary to create a crossing point for pedestrians and cyclists over the busy road in this predominantly rural area. Therefore, Peter and Lochner, together with Roland Bogenrieder of arch22 Architects, designed a bridge at the Nehren exit that not only provides a crossing but also serves as a clearly visible landmark for motorists. Its final design is the result of comparing several options: Since only a narrow strip of land is available for a support under the bridge, a minimal structure had to be found that also met high standards for impact protection. The planners therefore placed a statically optimized and slender pylon from which the bridge is suspended and which simultaneously serves as its support. It is a constant 60 cm wide and positioned parallel to the roadway. ... Source: https://www.pul-ingenieure.de/geh-und-radwegsbruecke/
