The narrow bridge over the Lillenholm Canal has lock gates that close in the event of a storm surge. From the bridge there is a beautiful view over the marina. On the other side the pumping station for draining the former Rødby Fjord.

The old church burned down in 1895, two years later it was rebuilt in Romanesque style with red bricks and a slate roof. The altarpiece of the previous church has been preserved. Directly in front of the church is a large park-like square with a beautiful pavilion, ideal for a little break.
