This is a great central access point for the Redbud Trail with a parking area, benches, and some very nice local art installations. The trail moving east from here is a packed dirt path that is easy to ride on.

The most southern section of the Arkansas River Trail actually hops on the other side of the river than the rest of the path. It crosses over the Arkansas River on a pretty cool pedestrian bridge before continuing north into the city. The southern section seems to be a little less crowded than its counterpart.
