There are areas with deep sand on the driveway and further down the field. If your kryptonite, like mine, is deep sand, then you will have to walk elsewhere. But it's only at the bottom, then you can go :)

The entrance from Pirogov is dug up, but it is possible to pass / pass. The Vita-Lithuanian trail is clean. The tunnel itself is clean and without debris, but judging by the frozen mud and the amount of sand - there is a lot of water.

The exhibition center is quite interesting in terms of architecture. A sort of splinter of the Soviet era. Nearby you can eat, rent a bike and ride the hills of Goloseevsky Park. In winter, cross-country skis can be rented.
