Good surface for anybody to ride but a deceptive false flat when cycling North away from the M25 before it becomes a proper low percent gradient climb nearer Hill Farm and Stag Lane... or if heading towards the M25, nice low effort fun non technical Bridleway for gravel riding.

This church was built in 1846 in Early English Gothic style. It is a Grade II listed building. The churchyard is quite beautiful, too. The church feels like it should be in a much quieter village and location - has that quaint, calming air to it.

Merlinβs Cave is a true country pub with a bustling bar area, a menu filled with homely comforts, and a gorgeous garden; the perfect space to unwind in the heart of Chalfont St Giles. Located opposite the village green and nestled between the River Misbourne and the parish church. Our beautiful garden is the perfect place to relax for an after-work drink or a weekend family get-together.

Good place for a coffee stop. "The Deli" serves excellent coffee and has a good range of snacks. There are tables inside and outside or if they're busy, there are benches on the green opposite.
