Nice a flowy. Slight uphill if heading south, glorious gentle down hill if heading north and back into London.

The bridleway over Highham's Hill is a fun link from Keston to Fickleshole. It follows an old track but motor vehicles are access only.

This is a shop and lavender farm located within the Kent Downs. The farm shop is open Tuesday to Sunday and the lavender farm is the UK's largest! It's a serene area and definitely worth a stop on your cycle.

From the roundabout at the bottom of Corkscrew Hill to the exit if Beddlestead lane is almost uphill all the way for 10 miles. Good fun. So, while you're giving your all up those hills some young lad will wish you a 'Good day' as they fly up the incline.
