The Bredenbeker Teich is a piece of Hamburg or Stormarn history. People used to vacation in the Walddörfer, and the bathing establishment here was very popular. Until before Corona, there was a great natural outdoor pool at the campsite here. Now people just like to go into the water. The old bathing establishment can still be recognized by an information board and the manor house.

The forest in Volksdorf is a beautiful mixed forest, but mainly beech trees grow here. And what is very surprising is that deer feel at home in the triangular forest, which is completely surrounded by houses, and live here.

Gut Wulfsdorf is a former estate and now a farm in the Ahrensburg district of Wulfsdorf. Gut Wulfsdorf has been owned by the city of Hamburg since 1925. In 1989 the farm was leased to the farmer Georg Lutz and has been managed according to ecological principles ever since. The estate's former manor house and the adjacent park with pond are leased by the Jordsand Association, which has its office in the building now called the House of Nature.
