In 2006, there were more than ninety pigs on display in Tettnang. Businesses, clubs, and even public institutions designed their own hop-filled pigs. Some of them are still on display, such as the sow belonging to the carnival guild.

The "Nonnenstein" on Lake Constance is not a hill, but a well-known and popular dog bathing spot in Nonnenhorn, a Bavarian climatic health resort on Lake Constance. This idyllic village is known for its wine and fruit growing and, in addition to the dog bathing spot, also offers a gourmet trail, a Gothic St. James's Chapel, and many recreational opportunities such as cycling and boat trips.

The Schmidt Winery is located here, but unfortunately, it doesn't open until 1:30 p.m. It's closed on Sundays and Mondays. The beautiful wine-drinking and dining facility isn't open outside of opening hours. It's a shame.

The church was first mentioned in 1149. The tower dates back to the 11th century, presumably the keep of the castle of Knight Arnold von Hiltensweiler. The Arnold Chapel is only slightly younger.
