July 5, 2025, Stacy's Kitchen

Stacy’s Kitchen is a welcoming spot with a relaxed vibe—especially great for cyclists or anyone needing a break mid-journey. They serve a variety of sandwiches and baked goods, with plenty of outdoor seating under umbrellas that makes it easy to unwind. It’s an ideal place to stop, stretch out, and refuel during a long ride. The setup is inviting and convenient, and while I haven’t had the chance to try everything on the menu, it’s definitely worth a visit if you're in the area. https://www.stacyskitchen.page/

This is a nice packed dirt and gravel connector trail, with views of the range from South Bolder Peak to Green Mountain and the Flatirons. Best to avoid this track if there has been recent rain or snow.

Awesome views. The gravel trails drain very well after a rain or snowfall. You don't need to worry about mud.
