The bridges over the Hüttenkanal all have a similar construction. Old fieldstone bridge foundations can still be found on the southern bank. A beautiful single trail begins here on the northern bank, leading west to the Wolfsbruch lock.

The lock is part of the Rheinsberg Waterways. It is located between the Kleiner Pälitzsee and the Großer Prebelowsee. The lock was built from 1876 to 1881 according to the Finow standard and replaced by a new one in 1968. The waiting areas for pleasure craft in the upper and lower waters were extensively renovated in 2015. With over 35,000 passages per year, it is one of the most frequently used pleasure craft locks in Germany. The lock is a self-service lock. The Waterways and Shipping Authority in Eberswalde is responsible for its operation. https://www.reiseland-brandenburg.de/poi/ruppiner-seenland/schleusen/schleuse-wolfsbruch-kleinzerlang/
