Age 65 with wife 63 we did this ride on Commuter bikes. 91% was great and 5% I wish I would have had a mountain bike; 4% we had to walk due to our commuter bikes would not climb over the roots etc. It was a challenging ride but at least safe as no cars. We will do again.
