The Desert Rose trail is a connector trail between Estrella Mountain Competitive Track and the rest of the park. You can use it to connect to the longer trails in the regional park, but it also works great as a standalone out and back ride.

You can ride Baseline in either direction and find it varying enough to be interesting both ways. Being as short as it is it makes a great spot for a lunch or pre/post work lap.

The two main trails here are imaginatively named "Long Loop" & "Technical Loop". As you would imagine Long Loop is the longer of the two and the Technical Loop is the more technical ride. That being said there is some good downhill and the climb isn't too bad. This trail bears multiple rides as you will get fast the more familiar you become with the technical challenges. It's rough, it's rocky, and in some sections it's loose, but that desert riding. If you want a technical challenge then this is a good option, not a lot of flowy sections but plenty of tough lines to test your skill.
