Martan on Jestěd In July 2010, Little Mart'an landed on Jested. The 170 cm high bronze sculpture by artist Jaroslav Róna, also known as the "Child from Mars," dates back to 2004. According to the artist, the initial image was of a child from another planet – little Martánka, crying because he was lost. This led to the creation of the sculpture, which was permanently installed below the summit of Jestěd on May 16, 2010. The installation was organized by the non-profit organization Spacium in cooperation with the City of Liberec.
