Parc-nature de la Pointe-aux-Prairies is a beautiful 261-hectare urban nature park nestled at the eastern tip of Montréal Island, and is the second largest in the city. The park protects forests, marshes, meadows, and shoreline habitats, and is a popular place for wildlife observation and outdoor recreation. There is an extensive trail network throughout the grounds that offers plenty of opportunities for hiking, cycling, birdwatching, or simply enjoying nature year-round.

Nice parc with fountains. There is also an elevated dock in which you get to see the St Lawrence river. Note: The dock can get narrow at times since there is quite a lot of foot traffic. There is bike parking at the entrance of the park. It is also advised to not bathe in the water due to contaminants. One more advice is to be aware for children as there is a lot of them running around the place on some days.

Bike path along Boul Gouin is marginal but has low traffic. Look to for telephone poles in the bike path. Also a large section of Gouin is under construction and must be detoured (July24,2020)
