Paved paths in the park connect to the Cape Cod Rail Trail and the trail into Chatham. Mid-way between Wellfleet and Dennis, great to ride away from traffic.

The Mayflower is one of the United States' national treasures. The ship is a reminder of the many ships that crossed the Atlantic in the 17th century. Since 1957, a scale replica, the Mayflower II, has been moored in the port of Plymouth in Massachusetts. Today, the Mayflower II is a floating training and work ship. The ship was restored in 2020 and added to the National Register of Historic Places. https://plimoth.org/plan-your-visit/explore-our-sites/mayflower-ii

A faithful replica of the Mayflower on which the first settlers arrived in Plymouth in 1620. In 1957 it sailed from Plymouth in Great Britain to Plymouth Massachusetts.

Be prepared for intense winds and somewhat poor conditions (big drop off from the cycle way/sidewalk, gravel and glass on path)

This small, stony beach offers great views over Cape Cod Bay. It's also popular with surfers and anglers, and a good spot for birdwatching. Swimmers should beware strong currents and rip tides.

Beautiful, well-maintained road that winds through Knapp Conservation Land. This low-traffic road takes you through scenic woods and past lovely houses. It is a great way to get to the entrance of Wompatuck State Park.
