The town of Milford is a Trail Town along the Buckeye Trail and the Little Miami River Trail, with a main Junction connecting to the trails just west of downtown across the river. In town there are restaurants and plenty of options for lodging and resupply, including some local campgrounds.

This section of the Little Miami Scenic Trail runs through the heart of the city of Loveland. This city is practically built around the bike trail, and all along this stretch you will find great places for food, beer, and outdoor music in the summer. Montgomery Cyclery is located just 50 feet off the trail, so if you need to have anything fixed this is your last stop for quite a while.

Located in the largest state park in Ohio, Harsha Lake makes up over 2,000 of the 4,800 acres of the park. The lake is actually a reservoir managed by the US Army, and a large dam can be found on the western edge of the park. Swimming is allowed in certain areas of the lake.
