Tongwell Lake seems to be Milton Keynesโ€™ very own swan haven. The path around the lake is easy to follow as it only takes around 30 minutes to walk the whole way round. At times itโ€™s not possible to see the lake through the reeds and bushes but in the openings you can enjoy some nice views of nature. Thereโ€™s a large island in the middle of the lake, so if youโ€™re a birdwatcher we recommend bringing some binoculars to spot any birds over there.
