The outline of the walls and a fragment of the castle tower are quite visible. There is also an opportunity to walk along the walls on the Vistula side and admire the beautiful views from a fairly high escarpment.

Bridge over the Mień River in Wąkole. Mień (also called Mienia, Lipianka) - a right tributary of the Vistula, 56.3 km long, flows from Lake Likieckie and flows into the Vistula near Nieszawa. It flows through Lipno. Sometimes, during dry periods, the river dries up. Above the Skępe lakes, in the upper reaches, it appears periodically. One of the most interesting sections of the river stretches between Żuchów and Karnkowo. The water here flows rapidly in a deep gorge. This section has a mountainous character (rushing current, rocky bottom, boulders and rapids) - an attraction for kayakers "zwałkowiec". In 2005, a nature reserve called "Mień River Gorge" was established there. There is a water mill near the town of Żuchowo http://www.odznaka.kuj-pom.bydgoszcz.pttk.pl/opisy/1f/zuchowo.htm
