The Obere Schwarzwassertal offers exactly what a family wishes for in warm weather: plenty of shade thanks to the dense forest, the wonderful splashing of the water, and wonderfully flat paths. Here, the kids can stroll relaxed along the water, throw sticks, and discover nature, without motivation getting lost due to strenuous climbs. This hand-painted plaque commemorates the former location of the grain mill or cart mill. Hans Siegert, born in 1642, was the cart miller. He died in March 1704. His mill was destroyed by fire "for inexplicable reasons" after his death. It was never rebuilt.
