In this beautiful square there is a fountain but unfortunately it had no water. However, nearby there are supermarkets where you can buy water or food. Good place to take a break.

Beautiful and steep descent to the Picadas reservoir via the Barranco del Fresno. In certain spots, the views between the pine forests are spectacular.

From the bridge over the Río Alberche and after travelling one kilometre along the road to the reservoirs, this beautiful path emerges, which goes up the Arroyo de Valle San Lorenzo stream. The forest track has a good surface, but it is quite demanding at the beginning. We will climb about 200m in about 4 kilometres. This path continues until it descends to the road to Robledo de Chavela.
