If you arrive here by bicycle from the north you can go down to the Monasterios urbanization along the Costera del Gats (west). If you continue east you will reach the Picaio antennas (and if you continue, the Picaio cross) or if you go down you will reach the Santuari de la Virgen Milagrosa. On this branch the descent is through a very rocky ravine not suitable for most cyclists.

Starting point to cross the plateau of Les Penyes de Guaita (east direction). Further down, in the first urbanization of the Sant Esperit valley, you can find tracks suitable for mountain biking or gravel that lead to the monastery or, on the other side, to the Mola de Segart.

Do not hesitate to get here, it is worth doing because you will have the best views towards the coast and beyond. Up to the antennas, the section is mostly concreted and with a demanding sector of slope, but it can be navigated without problems. The path from the antennas to the Cross is quite broken with many stones but it is a good technical challenge, especially the last 20 meters or a little more that is very steep.
