Tips from the Community

An Argentona
July 1, 2025, Turó de l'Infern

A summit with excellent views of the Maresme, crowned by a geodesic vertex. It's an ideal place to take a break, admire the landscape, or take some great photos. The final access is narrow and rocky: the last 10 meters require you to dismount and hike up. Still, the panoramic views are worth the effort.

Easy and panoramic summit, with good views towards Burriac, Argentona and the Maresme coast. I usually arrive by descending from Castell de Burriac: you leave the track, enter the singletrack and in a few meters you are at Turó dels Oriols. It is also perfectly feasible to climb from Argentona; with a modern enduro bike it even has its charm, although personally I recommend it for descending. From here, a real fan of singletracks opens up towards Argentona: forest, shade, curves and lots of roots. When dry, flow and fun; when wet, be very careful, because the roots really slip. A good spot to stop, enjoy the views and choose where you want to continue playing with your bike.

A scenic, scrambling route from the parking lot to El Castell de Burriac

The remains of Burriac Castle are almost a thousand years old. They are located at the top of Burriac Hill. One of the best ways to get to the castle is by following the local trail SL-C 115 from Cabrera de Mar.

You will not be able to ride next to the beach, in this section you have to go under a pedestrian crossing that is past the Garby breakwater, there you will have to circulate parallel to the N-II towards the port of Premia, once there you can rejoin the path that takes you to Barcelona along the seashore

From the port of Premia to the Garbi breakwater, one of the sandiest and least crowded beaches.

It is an urban beach 23 meters wide and 950 meters long. In high season this beach is usually not crowded. It is a beach with calm waters and golden sand. This beach has easy access on foot, the closest road being the N-II. It does not have access for the disabled. The beach has unsupervised parking.

Wide promenade, with little beach after the last storms of 2024. Very busy in summer. A few meters from the Espinaler and the Oblikue at the foot of the sea.
