Unlike the churches in the Beuda area, built with rough stone (calcareous, porous and easily eroded by water), in this one we begin to see parts of travertine, a stone typical of the Pla de l Estany area (Banyoles).

It's a bit secluded, but it's a wonderful space and you have spectacular views of the Fluviá lock as it passes through Crespià. Despite breaking the chain when entering the path, it was well worth it.

Attached to the hermitage there is an open shelter, without surveillance or control. It is not clean, nor well-kept and at the top there is one of the openings without a window. In case of emergency you can take refuge there, but to begin with you don't feel like staying there!
