a stele installed in 2024 in tribute to the 8 people who died and 2 were injured during a bombing in August 1944 by the allies following an error. This place called "the ford of the alder" was a farm occupied by the David family. The allies bombed thinking of an enemy occupation. My mother at 12 years old lived not far from there and saw this dramatic bombing. Thank you to the mayor and all the people who initiated this memorial! You can read the explanatory panel on the history of this place.
