Apart from the Halle, the loop is of no interest, the paths which run alongside the forest are narrow, difficult to walk at a good pace, between points 3 and 4 the path has disappeared, the crops are on the edge of hedges, passage in open ground, tiring.

The castle is surrounded by a beautiful park with a large canal, a pond and a fountain. You can admire the architecture and gardens of the castle, as well as the view of the Oise and the Carnelle forest. The castle is not open to the public, but you can access the park from the road that leads to Royaumont Abbey, another historic site to visit.
