The Thenner See recreation area is about 1 km west of the market town of Wartenberg and about 500 m north-west of the town of Thenn. This is a gravel quarry pond for the construction of the Isar Canal and the Pfrombach power station, which was built around 1928. The Thenner See recreation area is the second largest bathing water in the Erding district. Unfortunately, you are not allowed to bring animals with you during the bathing season. Outside of the bathing season, dogs can be brought on a leash - removing dog poo should be a matter of course, but this is explicitly pointed out again here. It is a shame that you are not allowed into the water with your beloved four-legged friend here either. It is really a great lake and worth a trip. Even now in autumn it is worth coming here and enjoying the tranquility by the lake. In winter you can also enjoy some sporting activities here.

Perfect for park sleep and fly. The restaurant is also really recommendable for such a hotel. The organization of transport to and from the airport is also perfect.
