Although there's generally little traffic on the road, I still prefer the bike path between towns. The cars zip by at an unpleasantly fast pace. The bike path is also very easy to ride. The asphalt is smooth and well-maintained. The number of root bumps is very small (it feels like one at the beginning and one at the end), and they're not very steep.

Fantastic surface, nice and wide, and so smooth you could almost fly! 🚀 There are a few exceptions, just around the Bismarck spring and further on to Aumühle.
