We were there on a summer Saturday and it wasn't too crowded; the grounds are plenty big enough. You can have a public barbecue, and there are plenty of picnic tables, restrooms, a snack bar, and a small beach. I would avoid it on a busy Sunday.

This small village of character shaped by the Dore is the link between the Livradois and the Forez. Stop for a coffee on the terrace or to visit its Gothic church or its two bridges over the Dore. Stroll through its picturesque streets before resuming your journey.
