I like it a lot but only in the direction towards Olmeto (west/east) done 90% by bike, otherwise you have to push too hard, this tour I do the opposite.

If you have the right skill level, the downhill part is definitely doable and a lot of fun. It is very blocked, rocky and rough. Where it goes uphill, it is hardly doable. For me it was great and I would do it again. My wife and daughter were less enthusiastic.
