Course with some fairly intense passages (climbs or descents). The river crossing, I personally did it on foot. Some climbs on the Sideville side are very steep but it feels good. In my opinion, the course requires a minimum of physical condition and avoid going there with children (teenagers possible). I was on a fatbike mountain bike.

This ancient tomb is partly collapsed. A covered walkway was always covered with stones or earth. What you can see now is what remains of the structure of this Neolithic monument. This dolmen is dated 4,500 years before present time. You have a beautiful 360 degree view when you are on site.

Large building in the Normandy countryside in La Hague. It is an old stately farm dating from the 16th Century. You can pass by bike but it is strongly recommended to push your way to Ommonville-la-Rogue, with its magnificent view of the sea.
